Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you’re not happy, here’s how refunds work:
- Hosting and Maintenance Plans: Refunds for hosting and maintenance are available within 14 days of your initial payment if you decide to cancel. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
- Custom Development Projects: Due to the personalized nature of development work, refunds are not available once work has begun. However, we’ll work closely with you to resolve any concerns.
Delivery Policy
- Hosting and Maintenance Services: Your hosting account will be set up within 7 business days after payment is received. Maintenance services begin immediately upon account setup.
- Web Development Projects: Delivery timelines vary depending on the project scope. A detailed timeline will be provided as part of your project proposal.
Return Policy
Since we provide digital services rather than physical products, returns are not applicable. However, if you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work:
- Hosting and Maintenance Plans: You can cancel your plan at any time by contacting us. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.
- Web Development Projects: Cancellations must be requested in writing. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced based on the agreed project terms.
